With 22 years of experience in sales, leadership, and business strategy, Jerald helps business owners and sales leaders unlock growth through practical, results-driven coaching.
He spent 13 years at Google in commercial and leadership roles across Google Ads and Google Maps—supporting clients across industries in scaling their digital strategy, go-to-market plans, and business transformation.
Today, as the founder of Curiosity At Work Asia Pacific and franchise owner of The Growth Coach, Jerald partners with SMEs and corporate leaders across the region to deliver tailored coaching, workshops, and sales transformation programs.
A long-time advocate for SMEs, Jerald played a key role in launching Google Singapore’s Go Global program in 2015 and co-created the SME Leadership Academy in 2019. During COVID-19, he led virtual coaching and industry-specific workshops to help businesses adapt and grow under pressure.
