He spent 13 years at Google in commercial and leadership roles across Google Ads and Google Maps—supporting clients across industries in scaling their digital strategy, go-to-market plans, and business transformation.

Today, as the founder of Curiosity At Work Asia Pacific and franchise owner of The Growth Coach® Hong Kong, Jerald partners with SMEs and corporate leaders across the region to deliver tailored coaching, workshops, and sales transformation programs.

A long-time advocate for SMEs, Jerald played a key role in launching Google Singapore’s Go Global program in 2015 and co-created the SME Leadership Academy in 2019. During COVID-19, he led virtual coaching and industry-specific workshops to help businesses adapt and grow under pressure.
